A short paid discovery. We sit with the people doing the work and map where the hours go, what breaks, and which numbers nobody trusts. You get the map whether or not you hire us for the build.

Most businesses have five problems and the budget for one. We rank them by hours returned per dollar spent and start at the top. Anything that will not pay for itself gets said out loud.

You see it working before it is finished. Short cycles, something to look at each week, and no phase where we disappear for a month and come back with a reveal.

The same measurement we used to pick the work, run again after it ships. For models that means backtesting and evaluation on data the model has not seen. For automation it means hours, not impressions.
